    Unless you are doing hard mode which is usually not good when you have a gf then no it’s not a relapse.

    You have to decide for yourself. The main question is does it bring you further from your Nofap goals? Does it have a "chaser effect"? A chaser effect is the increased desire for PMO afterwards. If so, i'd abstain from it.

    I ask my girlfriend for a handy all the time. It's totally acceptable that way your getting human interaction so I say more the merrier.
