    I saw my self in a hole wasting my life wasting my every thing then i decided to stop digging.
    I invite you to do the same, if you weren't in trouble or a black hole like me, you probably don't need any abstinence.

    be aware of sickness too, I noticed I was more vulnerable to fap during sickness.
