    It's very hard today. I can feel the temptation is very strong. Yesterday I didn't have a good sleep, because the emotion is very unstable. I can't sleep until 1:00 AM after I read the bible. Today I think I should continue to read the bible until I can sleep. I should sleep earlier since I need to have 6 hours hiking tomorrow. After I coming back tomorrow, I think I will be very tired and I have continued to have the temptation. Hope God can save me.

    Hey Christian brother,

    Yes, God is the only one where we can find peace for our soul.
    You 're doing a very good thing by reading the scriptures on a daily base.
    If you are struggling with emotional instability, take pen en pencil and write down your thoughts and feelings.
    Really, it helps. If you take time in the evening to read scriptures, to seek Gods love for you and write down of your chest, I think that can improve your sleep.
    Trust onto the Lord! If your whole heart is directed to God, it will experience peace.
    Yes, we can really trust onto our Lord, He will never ever let us down or disappoint us.

    Hey brother,
    I too have a hard time sleeping sometimes. I have found that memorizing God's word is immeasurble. If you feel the temptation repeat God's word or sing worship music until it passes. Paul and Barnabas sang while they were in prison .I can't tell you how many times I have gotten victory when I do this.
