I've been battling porn addiction for quite a while and the only advice I can give you is to not quit even if you miserably fail at the beggining and to try to change your habits not necessarily by trying to remove bad ones but rather by adding good ones. Quitting porn may be extremely easy , extremely hard or anything in between.
