Hi, I'm 40, married with kids, been a porn addict since age 9 (watched by accident the first time and could never stop since). Pornography and constant masturbation has created a problem when having normal loving sex with my spouse. I can't feel anything. Sometimes even when watching porn (each time something different or more hardcore) it is difficult. It took me a long time to recognize that this was an addiction and that this is why I have problems when it comes to the real thing. Somehow I found the Nofap forum and saw that there were many others with the same challenge. So, I have joined and have already deleted my stash and set my browser with OpenDNS to filter my network. Will probably have to do the same with my phone (and my teen's phone!). I could use some support - Not a lot of friends IRL and certainly not something I would talk about openly with anyone (my wife doesn't even know!)
