Had your addiction damaged your penis skin?

Very simple question. So over the years I didnt notice big issues about this, but now at my 30s my penis look like an old man penis when it is not erected. Also it has this like black ring where I used the grab over the years.

Anything you want to share here? do you recommend any creams to help the skin to be fine?
