Hallo! I'm Tyleto, just made my account today. I've got very minimal experience with the Nofap community, as I've looked around Nofap on reddit, first time I'm actually getting involved in it though. I have tried, countless times to quit my PMO addiction, and I think my most successful streak was about 22 days. Now I am absolutely determined to quit again, and build up my willpower. I'll hopefully replace PMO habits with healthy habits such as bodybuilding, as most users I see on Nofap like to bodybuild instead. I think the root of my PMO addiction is stress, as I am a very tense person, with a lot of work and renovations to do. But yeah, gonna give this a go! Really looking forward to immersing myself with such a helpful, ever growing community of people who share similar goals. Tyleto signing off!
