I am Ed Shaw and have found this from a post by my church. I have struggled with excessive porn and masturbation for several years. I am 47 and have a family. I hope this will help me to get my life back. I am taking it one day at a time, but hope to overcome this problem. I want to be healthy as I go into the latter stages of my life.
