Has anyone done acting or improv?

I can see it potentially helping with rebooting as far as consciously working on a personality even if it is a fictional one, if you go deep enough with it.. Was also reminded of this therapeutic modality called psychodrama though I don't know anything about it - but it is along the same lines I guess. I don't know enough to elaborate but I trust people can at least see where I'm coming from with this speculation...

PS If anyone has read the story Understand from Stories Of Your Life And Others (which is a bit like Limitless) - I suppose the concept of metaprogramming oneself sparked this idea...
