i know ive seen the known benefits.

but has anyone seen like a log book where logs were taken everyday the first week yo every dew days to every month to get a CLEAR picture of what to expect.

i think mang people struggling with first dew days to week and cant forsee the longterm

i can imagine my own first few days uncomfortable around day 3 spiked hormones and thats it no rest. i can foresee moodiness and aggression maybe this is better for me . then somewhere along the line i reckon you flatline sex drive out of buisness

it would be interesting to see if my brain just shuts it off completely and i stop sexualising everything

The nofap journey is an individual process. Getting a clear picture from a journey seems unlikely. If you are looking for stories from people, I would recommend looking through the journals in your age-group to find someone to relate to.

In my experience, no. I was struggling with this in phases in a streak where I relapsed at 220 days (73 days no PMO into an additional 147 days no MO). I was plagued by a bit of sexting and edging around day 50 I believe. I say phases because some weeks there would be pretty much no sexual thought, and I would just go about my day and be productive. Other weeks, I would be incredibly distracted by fantasy and seek one night stands.

  3. What you are asking for is impossible because recovering from addiction is so different from person to person. Even then a person might go through totally different things depending on numerous different factors. For example, sometimes when I binge I recover within a few days. Sometimes it takes a week. Sometimes I don't need to recover at all. Sometimes I get urges at certain times, sometimes I don't. The process is too fluid for any one individual's experience to be useful for you except as a point of rough comparison.
