    Ever suffer extreme embarrassment from going out in public with semen stains on your clothes?

    It's happened to me once, but I think I noticed it before anyone else, and flipped my shirt inside out.

    I used to have serious anxiety about this. I would change shirts often, and check them constantly, just in case I had stains. This fear gave me more anxiety than getting caught in the act of PMO, with my dick in my hand.

    Just another disgusting side effect of PMO. I'm happy to leave this worry behind.
