There’s a lot more detail to my story but here’s the gist of it. I’m 36 years old and haven’t had real sex (as in making a girl cum with my dick) in about 10 years. Yeah, I’ve kind of done it over the the last 10 years, but the few times I have had actual intercourse, I either came right away or had erection problems. I plan on starting 3 months PMO free this Sunday. I figured it’s a good starting point since it’s the beginning of the month. The 3 month period will be up on December 1st. I do have a partner and we are living in a mostly platonic relationship right now, but that’s not how either of us want to continue.

Anyone have any good advice for me as to anything I should be doing in the meantime or when this 3 month period ends? It’s honestly been so long since I’ve had good, real sex that it’s almost difficult to imagine.

  2. Make it an indefinite period in order to heal your ED, thers no end of the line when doing no P, PM, PMO or monk mode

Yeah, I don’t plan on going back to any of that except for sex with my girlfriend.

I can relate a bit with your story: i went nearly 5 years without sex. In my case, Nofap totally changed my life: had sex again during my first streak, nearly day 90, and i'm having sex since then.

I highly recommend you to do Nofap FOR REAL, and not pretend like most of people does: go for 90 days at least.
My first streak was over 700 days, now on my second i'm close to 250, so i know what i'm talking about.

It’s difficult even getting back in the mindset of wanting to have actual sex after simply relying on porn and masturbation for so long. My current girlfriend and I haven’t had intercourse in a long time but we have done other things (oral, handjobs, etc). Hopefully, laying off the porn and masturbation will give me the desire for real sex back.

If you are not able to keep an erection that means you have facing ED problems. For resolving your problems there are many ways to deal with this. Some of them are:
You can do some lifestyle modification and proper diet, try different medicines like Kamagra, Tadapox tablets, etc to keep an erection for longer periods but only after medical consultation.

No, it’s mental. I never have any problems when masturbating. It only happens when we attempt vaginal sex.

There’s another part to throw as well, all I ever watched was lesbian porn. I wonder if that has actually complicated the situation further, considering that it had me thinking about other types of sexual pleasure besides intercourse.
