Height

I've been standing 6'0 foot after 18. I can't grow taller anymore, unless I play too much basketball.

 

All you have to do is jump everyday and you will grow like 7 feet.

 

I was like 5 foot 10 in high school, but last checked my height a few months ago at the doctors and measured 6 foot 1. People over the years have always commented on how tall I was and i kept telling them my high school height.

 

Its possible. Are you a manlet by the way?

 

I grew an inch in between 18 and 21, finishing at 6' 3".​

Haven't you asked this two weeks ago? I know it sucks to be short but what you're doing right now is even worse for you. I'm really sorry but you'll just have to accept that you may not grow anymore. It's better to be just a short guy than to be an insecure bitter neurotic short guy, trust me.

 

Agreed, and 5 foot 9 isnt that short.

I’m 173cm (around 5’8”) and I didn’t grow much since high school. Important to know that gravity can compress your body which make you a few cm shorter, so you’re typically taller during the morning than you are at night. You could get a little height back by doing hanging-related exercises too.
