Hi everyone! I am new in this forum, and as such, i'll introduce myself briefly here. I am a man and i turned 18 y/o recently, i am currently studying to pass on a university entry test. I watch pornography since i was 11/12 years old, so i have a pretty bad habit on doing it. I already tried NOFAP some months ago but it was hard and i wasn't commited entirely to doing so. In my case (and many others), porn takes my free time and turns it into something useless, i have lost hours and hours of study (in school/high school) masturbating; doing so really fucked up my scores, taking me off from top of the class to medium or medium-high at best. I decided to quit using porn because i want to have more productive time, spend more time with other people and have a better and healthier life in general. My rebooting parameters are: No porn No masturbation No orgasming What i say here isn't intended as an excuse for a possible relapse, but if i can't take these parameters i'll atleast stop watching porn and masturbating. Day 0, i want and i will change.
