Recently I came to know about Nofap from google. It seems like a social network where everyone is supporting everyone. I'm a male and going to be 18 next month. I have been tremendously stuck up in masturbating last 4 years though I'm trying to stop them after I learned about its negative consequences. I was addicted to porn previously though I've stopped it. I have a very weird problem which is different from an ordinary guy. I start acting sexually at night when I'm asleep. I start masturbating without my consciousness. And I get awaked in such a moment that I'm fully aroused and about to ejaculate.... And I can't stop. This is so embarassing!!!! How much I try but I can't get out of this problem. Now I'm seeking help from the Nofap group and fapstronauts for my problem.
