hello everybody! I have got a question. about fantasy

    I know that in non-hardcore mode of NoFap, no sex is unnecessary.
    But how but about fantasy (without PMO or touching dick) ?

    My situation is: I got a potential Friends with Benefits.
    We had sex once.
    I really wanna solve my ED, although it is not yet serious.
    I wanna have sex with her again, frequently, stably.
    But which mean I have to flirt her kinkily.
    Maybe including phone sex or cam sex also.
    I don't want to MO again even phone sex(which I can control as she won't know that in phone) because last time I had sex with her I did not perform well. I MO at the previous night and I can't stay my dick hard. She was upset. I was doing too much MO before we had sex so we did not enjoy it well.

    Should I avoid fantasy or sex flirting with her?

    Maybe you can find the answer yourself.

    CAN you fantasize with/about her or sex flirt with her without touching yourself? Can you get heavily aroused while staying strong and keeping your hands above your waist? How steep can the slope be before you start slipping?

    No offense, but to me it sounds like someone who drinks too much asking whether it is okay to uncork the bottle and sniff it.

    I think you're going to have to decide what you want more. In my opinion, you can't have the cake and eat it, too.
