i am new to this stuff. i started fapping from about 6 months. and it has grown to become an addiction.it is consuming a lot of my personal time and has started affecting my relationships with other people. how do i solve my problem?

  2. Hi bobby1544! I have been a NoFap member for more than a year by now, and I can tell you that join this platform has been one of the best things I did during the last years. It's not easy to win this addiction, I'm still fighting. I passed through some ups and downs like everyone here but this is part of the challenge. But I can tell you that if you are determined nothing will stop you from achieve your goal. It's all about it.
If you need support during your journey read the threads in the forums and use the panic button, it helped me a lot, even though when some days are passed I prefer not to read anything about the topic and completely forget about the problem, I find it's easier that way, then everybody has it's method, of course.
I hope I have been helpful. If you have other questions don't hesitate. GOOD LUCK MAN!

  3. You've been at this for half a year. Take it from someone who's been at it for 3 decades, that's the best you're going to get from PMO. From here on, all PMO has to offer you is indulging in harder core stuff. And that's where you will have to go just to get the same excitement.

PMO just messes with your mind and makes you feel worthless, like you cannot do better and don't deserve to. That's just the chemicals, the addiction, talking. By stopping now, you can quickly get your life back on track.

Please don't wait until your 43 like I did.

  4. Hello and welcome to NoFap!

The solution sounds simple, but is in fact quite complicated. Simply stop fapping. Stop watching porn.

But obviously, this is easier said than done.

    Read the following: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/in-case-you-didnt-know.84619/

    That should get you started.

Consider creating a journal so others can track and support your progress. Build support by supporting others.

    Journal forum here: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?forums/ages-20-24.18/

    Good luck!
