    Hi everyone. I’ve been lurking here for a couple of weeks and decided to join. I guess I’m doing a Normal reboot, although I haven’t had any sex yet. I suspect that is going to change this weekend. Tomorrow will be my 30 day milestone. This isn’t the first time I’ve given up porn or masturbation in my life, but I am familiar with the benefits and hopefully this will be the last time.

    Sounds like you’ve got this mostly figured out. 30 days is very good, and should be good for a reboot, though many would say it takes 90 days to feel the full effects of noFap, and be truly free of porn urges.

    Anyway, I’m sure you’ll reach your goal at this point. Good luck with finally having sex also!
