Hello. This is my first post on my first forum. Never used one before but i am actually glad that i am here.

I am 19 y/o male. I started masturbating a long time ago, when i was 12 or something. I used to be the smartest kid in a room, full of energy, with a happy smile but after i was introduced to porn i slowly started getting worse without realizing it.

I am going hard mode to become a better version of myself. And what i mean is that i want to:

- Become more motivated. This is my main goal. Lack of motivation really hurts me as a student... my job... and my life in general
- Feel more. I want to be able to enjoy my life
- Become more open and confident. My shyness kinda pisses me off, want to be able to talk to people more freely
