First time joining this community and I'm glad I found a platform I can share my story. I'm a 27 y/o male, been struggling with Porn and Masturbation for 7 years. I feel PMO addiction is the reason behind my lack of energy, low self-esteem. I hit rock bottom when I lost someone special because of this habit and now I've decided to change for the better. I've started this journey today I hope I will overcome my addiction and will help someone from my experience. Thanks.
