    Hello,
    I am Sabbir Ahmed From Bangladesh. I am 18 years old. I am new to NoFap. I watch porn and masturbate so much. I think I am getting weaker and lazy. I am also very shy to talk to girls (and strangers) in real life. Actually becoming more and more introvert day by day.
    I hope quitting masturbation and porn will give me confidence in social relationships. That's why I am here I want to be a better person.

    Hello Sabbir. I have a soft spot for Bangladeshis as they are widely reputed as the chefs of India (continent). In my country, maybe 80% of the Indian take away and restaurants are Bangladeshi. I adore Indian cuisine, so that is why I have that special appreciation for the wonderful food I have had. Anyway, that's that! :p
