I have acne since early teens and suffered for a very long time causing low esteem, I only found a few years ago my acne is mostly due to eating pork and eating to much greasy food like fries or peanuts. I can eat fries and peanuts 1 or 2 times a week but not more and pork is absolutely forbidden just one time and I will have severe acne and will take easily six to 8 weeks to clear up. Because it takes so long to clear up it took decades to discover it was mostly due to pork. I also always had a lot of dandruff, which after finding that pork caused the acne I found that eggs caused my dandruff, not just the eggs themself but anything containing eggs, like cake or milk chocolate. It took years to figuring it out. So in my case there is no correlation between acne and fapping. Maybe look at what you eat.

Welcome to the Community. The body is a whole complete system that is always seeking balance. If u change one thing, it will have a domino's effect on other things. So maybe your acne is related directly or indirectly to your porn addiction.
