Hello friends. I am 17 year old. Student of aviation. Before i register to nofap website my longest streak was 24 days next day i have very strong urge and then i relapse and i get very demotivated. Now i make a srong decision to do nofap. One day we will achieve that goal guys definitely so lets start together. Don't blame the distractions, just improve your focus.
