Hi, everyone! I don't really know how to start, but I'll give it a shot...

I've come to know about this movement or whatever it is by chance.... I guy liked one of my pics on Instagram; I checked his profile and noticed a post in which he was wearing a t-shirt that read "Porn Kills Love." So, long story short, I started a little research on that t-shirt sponsored by Fight The New Drug: blogs, stories, scientific research, videos...

And I saw myself reflected on many stories by different people: watching porn almost everyday because I was bored, anxious, depressed, alone, etc. Everytime I was going to have sex with my boyfriend (now my ex), I found it hard to maintain or keep an erection. Sometimes, I couldn't even get one... and I am 26... Of course, I felt embarrassed, frustrated, guilty... But whenever I got home, I would turn to porn and masturbate and everything "worked" alright. I couldn't understand.

Recently, I noticed that I would start searching for porn that previously disgusted me. So, I was/am very, very worried that I turn into some kind of pervert.

That is why I'm here. I need help. I want to be normal again, I want to regain control, to be able to focus, to have a healthy sexual life, to keep on studying and building my professional life.

The last time I masturbated and watched porn was yesterday. So today, 09/19/2015 is my first day of my rebooting. And it is being quite difficult, I must say. I wasn't going to post my "introduction", but I started feeling the urge. I tried watching tv, a movie, and reading, but I couldn't concentrate. So wrote these lines to keep myself busy somehow.
