    Hi, I'm Pengolod.

    I've struggled with pornography addiction for many years growing up. My parents would install filters on my devices, and I would discover simple solutions to them. I just accepted my predicament this semester in college, responding to my urges with PMO, which has resulted in two Fs and probable academic probation.

    I'm ready to finally take control of my life and break free from my addiction on my own terms!

    Do it man, I know you can! You are in the best place here, you'll find people with stories similar to yours, and you'll achieve your goal! Think about it like it is a game, you have only one life, you'll do it just if you don't lose your only one remaining life! OK? STAY STRONG!

    Leaving an addictive habit is not an easy job, but .... the truth will make you free.
    So... get some knowledge, read stories, let yourself encouraged by others.
    You are not alone in this.So connecting to others is a clue as well!
    And don't forget to create a journal.
    Writing about your daily stuff may really help you to process the issues.
