I feel like i should be standing up now, "Hi my name is Almost Gone Blind (not my real name in case you were wondering) and I'm a porn addict. I'm almost 40 and have recently split up with my wife and best friend of nearly 10 years, because of my addiction (a girl who I've known since birth and grew up with). It's been 12 months since the split and I've still carried on with my dirty little habit, convincing myself that it doesn't matter anymore if I do it - I'm not hurting anyone! But obviously I am and I need to stop...I've wasted so much time, destroyed the person that I took a vow to cherish and every other bit of physical/psychological self damage that comes with it. So that's me in a nutshell....my aim is simple, stop looking at porn and keep my hand off the little fella for a while. Oh and I want to quit smoking, but may leave that till a later date!!

Hey man. What a pity what happened to you. PMO may literally RUIN our lives - it is no less dangerous than other addictive drugs.

If you have not then read these articles on masturbation addiction:
    http://fightpornaddiction.com/mastur...ion-explained/
    http://fightpornaddiction.com/how-to...ion-addiction/
    and porn addiction too..

Also read something awesome about sex transmutation where you can channelize sex energy to other aspects of life and not physical outlet...
