Hello. I'm a 23 year old male who's fed up with my addiction. I've been trying to stop for a long time now, to no avail. My best streak is four days. I've done it a few times, I believe. I'm sick of living in this fog. I want to free myself of this addiction and I look forward to conquering it with you folks.
4 days is a big first step, just keep it up bro, all you need to do when the urge is fighting back, think what is the reason why you started to quit.
