You can start now . Begin changing your life now and leave the past behind. Make a plan and set some goals. Think of what triggers you and remember to avoid them, make a plan on how to avoid them. You might also want to find something else to occupy your time, removing PMO in your life means much more free time and if you don't fill that void out with something else, say like drawing, painting, reading a book, or working out, you will find yourself falling directly back into PMO.

Yep, I get your concern. Just be careful not to be too specific about where you work, etc, and don't use real names. You will find that no one wants to unveil you, and you can adjust your Privacy settings so that only NoFap members can see your posts. It's a very supportive community here, and if you go through the Forums, you will see that people do share things here at a very deep level. I am sure you will be fine!!!
