    [First of all I am a Bangladeshi and I am not good at english so please forgive me if there is any grammatical issue]
    My dear friends, Please give me some suggestion.I am 15 years old.I am a pmo addict for last 2 years.Today I completely fed up with pmo.I started nofap about 10 days ago but today I relapsed.I can't control my urges more than a week.I extremely believe that PMO is making my life worse to worse and I really want to overcome it.But after a week I feel extreme urges,I forget all the things and take my phone,watch porn and masturbate.After that I become depressed and say to myself why I masturbate again.After a relapse I extremely binge on it.Dear friends,please help me with my issue.

    Try to put a shutdown on those thoughts that begin the lust, I'm trying to get used to saying no or stop. Talk to yourself about what this has done to you and the way you felt the last time you relapsed.
