Help i think i have PIED with penis shrinkage.

    Hello guys
    I have problem my peins looks small i was watching porn video alot and I am maried i can do sex but no wood morning ,some times ihad wood morning but doesn't look hard like before, always bad mode no libido stress i don't know what should to do.my age 28 and i was watching porn more than 14 years.
    I went to doctor he checked me by doppler results was no venous leak , he gave my Cialiss 5mg but nothing back to normal.
    I'm asking how to recover and back to normal?
    Please can you explain how way to recover and back to normal iam worry i had that issue from 1 year ago. I stopped witching porn but always i failed i need some help.

    Also, a great way to reduce PIED from my experience is to do some squats. And also go for a run. Or a hike. Anything that helps your lower body.​

    I also recommend cold showers too. I recently got Covid and am still dealing with ED too.
