    guys i indulged in straight fantasies and now i feel a little weird my HOCD seems to disappear and i'm a few sad i fear it's a relapse

    If all that has happened so far is that you've experience less HOCD than you have previously, I don't understand how this is a question for you.

    Are you leaving something out or am I misunderstanding the situation?
