HELP: PIED and ED pill dependency

34M and PIED and ED pill dependency since puberty. I've never had sex without an ED pill and now not even an ED pill will get me hard. Even in front of my naked EX, my member won't budge. I've started NoFap and no PMO hard mode and extremely motivated but also worried that it won't work.

Can anyone help answer my questions:

1. What are the tips for quicker/more effective rewiring? Apart from exercise, balanced diet, beating other adictions (sugar, alcohol, social media, etc), socialising, hobbies, etc.

2. Can using a sex therapist/surrogate help, and how?

3. Should I avoid looking at women or thinking about sex to eliminate any stimulus?

Any help would be very much appreciated....I just want healthy erections back :s

When you say that you notice an improvement, does that mean getting erections randomly throughout the day or when excited sexually?

(Un)fortunately, my gf has got this vagina issue where she's had to have an operation. She can't have sex in a month, maybe a little more so kinda works great for me! Just wanted to know when I'll feel ready. How does one know you can get erections without ED pills?

 

Can you describe to me your progression? I.e. you started nofap and how did your body react? When did you start noticing better sexual sensitivity and better erections?
