    Frank Ocean said it best “I’m not brave. I can’t face my problems. I unable to beat them. I feel outta of control. I want to be the best me, but I’m unwilling to the work to do it. Even when try to work towards the best me simply can’t. Any tips will work. Cause I felt like I’ve tried everything. It’s not that I’m obsessed with beating porn itself, it’s the fact that I know I’m addicted and it scares me that I can’t break away from it. Please help

    Yes you can. Just quit to one day and you know - from then on you can quit forever.
