Help!

Help, I keep relapsing after some time due to only one single reason. I got jealous and envy of female orgasms and everytime I abstain for a while i keep thinking that female have better orgasm and then I tried to stop those thoughts but in the end I feel the jealousy and start to masturbate and watch porn again I don wan to be jealous of female orgasms.... Its just that in my mindset my thought is female have better orgasms than male then i got jealous and the cycle keep repeating its driving me insane. Can someone help? Thank you.
