No todo el daño es reversible, a nivel físico, mental o espiritual. Pero dejar el PMO de seguro mejorará tu situación, sea cual sea.
No significa que no haya esperanza, significa que habrá cosas, como los propios recuerdos, de los que no podrás deshacerte. Y de nuevo, no por ello debes darte por vencido, tan solo tendrás que aprender a vivir con ello.
Llevo ya 10 meses libre, y aún permanecen recuerdos de porno que vi incluso hace ya años. No puedo deshacer lo que hice, pero sí que puedo decidir lo que haré hoy.
