    Im new to nofap, but the reason I've joined is cus I'm in Year 11 (those of you in the U.K will know how big this is) and I'm an A/A* student, but there's one problem, you guessed it..it's fapping.
    It's just so annoying and before I made this account I abstained for around 3 days but I did it again, please give me some pointers or motivation because I really don't want this stupid habit to affect me in school.
    I started around 13 and have been doing it on average once every two days, but on occasion I'll do it 2 or even 3 times in one day, it's disgusting, after the 5 seconds of pleasure I feel terrible and annoyed at myself, I'm a hard worker, I love to read and love to talk to people, I take my schoolwork very seriously but I need to stop quick because I do not want this being the reason I mess up my exams, please, give me some advice.

    Welcome to NoFap, Sam. Yes, you have made a fantastic start! Connected now with a community of support, you are no longer alone and I hope you will stay brave, hopeful, and positive. I would suggest you start your own journal (go to Reboot Logs section. The journals are over there) to record your NoFap journey). People will write good things in reply to your posts, you can write in their journals too, and you will make new friends.

    For the moment, turn the Fear and Worry Dial right down! It will only increase your anxiety. Anxiety leads....to porn.

    Stay bright and positive. You have a FANTASTIC life ahead of you!!!

    Set yourself small targets, one day at a time first up, and dont be dismayed by the temptations. Only you and 6,198,679 005 others feel these things, lol. But you can do it !!

    Find yourself a nice avatar to express your personality / purpose -- and relax now. Good times are ahead.

    It took me at least a month to work out how the Quote Reply function worked, but you sorted it out on your very first day. Awesome!
