    Day 1.

    Confused and still wondering as to the benefits of nofap, but I'm here because I know fapping is a problem in my life. I'm looking for a new lifestyle I think this forum can help me with.

    I'm open to any suggestions. All I'm bringing to the table as of right now is refusing to PMO: no fapping, no porn, no edging, nada. No google searches lol. I don't do social media so it's easy to really resist a lot of temptation.
