I am a 30 year old male. I started fapping around the age of 6, I started looking at pictures around 10 and around the age 16 I got high speed internet and my addiction went crazy. I have been doing no fapping on and off for about 2 years since I heard about it. For about a year I was in a very serious relationship (luckily PMO turned to once a day to every other day) but it ended 2 months ago due to her having a lot of anger issues and being violent. I looked at my life and relationships and realized that PMO has destroyed my life so many times so I decided to stop it all on june 14th until today.. I ended up edging twice and then PMO. I realized that reading everyone's post was very encouraging and gave me a lot of strength... but that isn't enough. I need a good accountability partner because as i stated in the porn addiction forum, my friends think I am crazy so I have no encouragement. This whole week of being PMO free was amazing and my life is getting together finally. I just need you guy's help.
