    Hey there my name is Jason. I am a 22 year old guy who is looking to break away from my porn addiction and over masturbation. I've been struggling ever since I was a teenager with this problem. I have no real direction in life and I do not know what I want to do with my life, but i do know my addictions have been holding me back from accomplishing any goals I've had.
    I am new to this whole NoFap thing and would appreciate any help i can find on here. hopefully i can finally get over these problems and go forward in my life instead of when my next fap session will be.
