    Since I've began the NoFap challenge I've also struggled with social dating websites like POF and Grindr but thanks to this amazing video I've decided to go HARDMODE TODAY!! Anyone contemplating having sex during their NoFap challaenge? I encourage YOU to watch this video as well as all this guys videos. It is helping me a lot mentally with my addiction and providing different ways to think about it and overcome it. NOFAP 90 AUGUST 17TH! HARDMODE AUGUST 17TH!!

    congrats on 11 days. i also strugged with grindr, scruff, growlr, recon etc. one wasn't enough! i deleted it from my phone for now so that i can focus on my nofap plan. i'll watch this vid tomorrow. at this point anything helps!

    I enjoyed the Sacred Sexuality vid. It's funny how my views about sex--not talking porn here, but specifically sex--have during the fight with porn addiction become much more conservative. We use sex, and an extent porn, like an amusement park ride in western society, and it really is like Mark says, playing with fire. I agree with the philosophy of no sex during the reboot. Get your mind free first, then start thinking.
