I started my nofap journey in january of 2015.I started on my own,I didn't knew that this awesome community existed,until I relapsed.Then I look up in the internet info about porn addiction and I found this website and the subreddit.I joined like half a year ago,but I didn't post anything and I didn't look up at other users posts.Since january 2016 I've been relapsing.My longest record of no PMO since the year begin was of 13 days,while the last year my biggest period was of 120 days.I feel horrible now.I even binged one day and lost a high school class because I was masturbating to porn in my house.Now I have an insane brain fog and I'm getting worse in class.Anyway,I think that i'm going to make it.I'm changing my mentality.Wish me luck,I will need it.
