    Hello Everyone,

I'm a 20 years old guy from Italy and ,after a long period of just reading on this website , I finally decided to join the Nofap website. I started watching porn and masturbate when I was 14 years old and ,for almost 6 years, i was unhappy: The classic fat,shy and introvert boy who wasn't able to do anything.

Then at the age of 20,in a similar way to a classic Hollywood's Scene, I looked myself at the mirror and decided to take control of my life: Today I've reached 90 days abstaining from PM (at the third attempt) and I'm completely changed. My secret ? motivation: If you think about giving up and relapse think about reasons (in my case one was enough but you can think about many ones) to stop yourself. Mine was simple: If I relapse now I'll become again the man i was before start this Journey.

    Thanks for reading

Ps: If you see 88 days it was a personal mistake. I fixed it

If you ever experience struggling this will help you and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges sometimes can attack even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
