Hi everyone, my english in no quit good, wish you all can understand what i am writing . I am 21 years old now and the i already nofap more than one year ago from last year may till now.It quick no easily sometimes u will feel some difficult and you must to across the barrier...yea..the first time i fap is start from 13 years old...n till now i already 22, time passed very fast too. This is the first time i post in this fourm, wish every people who can stop the fap, start you life plan and use ur time to achieve you plan!
