Hi, I'm 21 and I want to get rid of my obsession with porn, because it has completely degraded the quality of my life. I feel like a dead body with no goal. I waste around 2-3 hours on watching porn daily. It wasn't that I enjoyed watching porn for 2-3 hours straight. I was just addicted to it. I feel disgusted after watching them.

There are many problem because of porn in my life, one is social awkwardness. I wasn't able to talk to girls. Other guys just told me that I was dull, sad and not interesting. I have very few friends. Other is sexual fantasy has affected my sex life. I try weird things just to masturbate to porn now. After watching too much anal porn, I started inserting various things in my ass. Result of which I was in too much pain. I missed a hell lot of my life because of this. I think that if I don't stop this now, I'll eventually destroy my organs and/or affect my health badly.

Please guys help me, I need this badly.
