    Welcome brother. This is the place to open up. There's no judging here. As for shame, get rid of it. Guilt is an understandable emotion if we've done something bad. Shame however is thinking you are bad. If you think you are bad you will be bad. The fact you're here and seeking help says that you can't be that bad.
    Addiction is not a moral issue.
