Hi Im new to the community and im here to help out with the addictions

Hay guys Im new as said in the title and ive heard lots of stories about addictions in different variations, but if u want to stop no matter what religion, issue, problems, ethnicity, or conditions. All U need to do is Confess, Condemn, and Commit. Sounds corney right, welp as corney as it may sound its the most intersting and helpfull way that can help with our addiction problems. (Helps more than social workers and guidance counslers)I've found a sermon and i get that u may not want to listen to it but, If you have enough time to fap, struggle watch a movie or distract your selve for more than an hour then you have enough time to watch a sermon for 1 hour. Please heed the words, listen and actually try this. We can do it and i also get if u dont want to watch this, or waste your time, or even involve ur self becuz it's not ur style or belief but i felt the same. I watched it for a couple of minutes and I was reluctant at first and i really didnt want to watch it but i thought that if we can do whatever we want for more than 1hour then we can just listen to something for 1hour. It pays off. And no one is forcing this on you its all up to you. Heres the link

I relapsed a couple of times but, im trying not to ive decided that IM STRONGER THAN THIS ADDICTION IM HUMAN AND ITS NOT. IM GOING TO RECOGNIZE THAT I HAVE AN ADDICTION, AND SAY THAT IT IS EVIL AND THEN IM GONNA COMMIT TO A NEW LIFE STYLE. Sometimes i need help
