Hello everyone! I am 27 years old. Today I came here. I did not realize that porn addiction was real. It was just few years back,when 24 i guess , i got highly addicted tp internet porn,then i searched on youtube that how i can overcome this. I started doing NoFap 7 days, 10 days and my highest has been 17 days. In my 17 days journey, on my 10th day flatilne appeared and i was in shock because, i did not know what was flat line so on 17th day i masturbated. To all Fapstronauts there, you willl experience flat line too but don't let flatline to ruin your streak.The benefits were amazing
more energy,less anxious, etc. Then in my work i was not going through a good phase .Again i started getting hooked to it again.it was started from soft core ,to sexually provocative images and then finally porn.
