    Hi to everyone! This is my first post. I am here beacuse I need support to stop my internet porn addiction. I did read many of your posts here and thats why I think this could be a great cpmmunity a part of. Sorry for my english, this is not my native language. I am 37 and i used to PMO since 13. Now I have a wife and a daugther (she is 6) and I need to stop. This is my day number 4 without seeing porn or masturbate, but the urges are very strong. So this is my presentation. im glad to be here.

    Welcome nitsuga! You're not alone anymore. We all understand what you're going through. My best advice to you is to educate yourself about porn addiction (www.yourbrainonporn.com), find an accountability partner, and keep a journal of your progress. Good luck!
