hello everyone, I'm not necessarily new to nofap I've been on many small streaks over the last year or so, but I haven't seemed to make any progress. I'm joining this community to look for guidance, and to encourage others.
Hello Golden, welcome to the community. Reading other accounts of struggle and success definitely helps. Small streaks are great progress to longer streaks, I saw somewhere that if you PMO'd everyday, and then only get one day streaks for a year, that is still half as much fapping as last year.
