    Hi!
    This A96 I’m 26 years old and I want stop watching porn. Even though I watch porn I never enjoy or felt good about myself. I always regretted and ashamed about myself after watched porn. What I hate the most is I know that I can do better and be greater without porn. I hate it man!
    My hobbies:
    I enjoy lifting weights I go to gym 5 days i a week. I read, I take care of my family. I just want to be in control of my life.

    Congratulations on taking the first step to getting better! I just started yesterday. It’s going to be hard getting everything under control. But stay focused on your goal. If you have a set back restart, don’t give up. I’m determined to get my life back from this as well. Keep your mind on your hobbies, I’ve heard lifting or working out in general can help with the addiction!
